Once we receive your membership application we will send you on-line access to your membership where you will have full control of your membership, including updating your details and skipping/holding deliveries when traveling. Keep this email earmarked for future reference.

Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months and will remain ongoing until you notify us that you wish to cancel your membership. Notification to cancel must be via phone or email at least 30 days prior to your next delivery.

Our preset packs represent the best value for our members. You can make changes to preset packs or create your own custom pack however the cost of these will be calculated at the Stocks Society price per bottle and will not reflect the additional discount offered on our preset packs. You will be notified of the new price when changes are made to an existing pack or when a new custom pack is created prior to automatic payments being debited. Changes must be finalised prior to month of shipment.

• We ship all over Australia. To enable us to keep freight costs as low as possible we ask that you provide a physical address for delivery rather than a PO Box. To aid us in getting the wine to you as easily as possible please let us know if there is somewhere safe to leave your wine when you are not home or a work address for delivery. Some areas will not leave wine deliveries without the signature of an adult. If this is the case, then the delivery company will notify you of how to collect your wine in the event of no one being at home or being able to sign for delivery.
• You will receive an email prior to each delivery stating what is in the pack. Your card will be automatically charged before dispatch. Please allow 10 business days for delivery once charged.
• Payment will take place over a two week period at the beginning of the delivery month until you cancel. If you choose a gift you will be billed only for the number of months you select.
• You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify as an active member. Please inform WOODSTOCK when any changes to your credit card, address or contact details change. WOODSTOCK is not liable for additional charges or losses that result from outdated delivery information.

Depending on the option you choose you will receive six or twelve bottles with each shipment.

Depending on which option you choose, you will either receive two or four deliveries a year.

Two deliveries a year: April & October

Four deliveries a year: January, April, July & October

You will receive an email notification prior to each shipment.

Plus, you are not limited to these delivery dates, you are welcome to order at any time via our website. Just ensure you log-in so you receive your member pricing.

• Members will receive regular updates from WOODSTOCK Wine Estate about member offers, events and general news.

• Receive a complementary glass of wine each, for you and a friend, when dining at The Coterie Wine Bar & Kitchen with the following conditions applied: Minimum spend required to receive your complementary glass/es is $25 per person with a limit of two complementary glasses per membership. Offer is for wines by the glass from the Coterie wine list valued at $9 or less.

  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

When you checkout you can set the quantity (equal to the amount of months) you’d like to purchase. Our packages are also great as a corporate gift because we can deliver directly to your client’s office. Wine packages are more cost effective than flowers or gift baskets!
